1. Where do you ship from?

All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our production facility in the USA.

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

4. Can I personalize my jewelry?

Yes! Many of our products offer personalization options. If available, you’ll see a box to enter your custom name, date, or message on the product page.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re truly sorry! Please email us at support@moonandemberco.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our items are personalized, we do not accept returns unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part.

7. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it anytime on our TRACK YOUR ORDER page.

8. Does the jewelry come in a gift box?

Yes! Every piece comes in a complimentary gift box.
